I LOVE the 12 tier chandelier I purchased from Bohemian Imports. I found them online and spoke with Troy several times before ordering and found both him and their website to be very informative and helpful. The clarity and perfection were exactly what he’d described. I waited about 6 weeks for delivery, but it was worth it. A couple pieces arrived broken and they were replaced right away. Although it took about half a day to install, it was a worthy effort. Thanks to all my girlfriends, each strand and crystal was hung up properly and I’ve had nothing but compliments since then. I saved at least 50% by purchasing from them, based on comparisons with local lighting stores. My only regret is that I didn’t replace the hideous light that came with my home when I bought it 12 years ago!

My husband and I purchased this awesome looking chandelier for our weekend home in the Catskills. It’s the perfect crystal chandelier for the upstairs landing. It is particularly pretty when the sun shines on the crystals creating prisms all over which is wonderful “yang” energy for our home. We loved this chandelier so much we ordered a second one for our city apartment over the dining room table. The quality and workmanship is superb. Dear Troy,
We hung the bohemian crystal chandelier I ordered from you in our dining room. I asked the local lighting store how much a similar chandelier would cost and he said $5000 dollars, so naturally when I saw the one on your website for $2499, I bought it. Not only is it larger than the one at the local lighting store, the crystals were much higher quality! Everyone who comes in my front door immediately comments on it and asks where I got it! Return Policy
Bohemian Imports accepts returns on stocked items only provided the entire return policy is followed. Non stock items, colored chandeliers, custom designs, sconces, fixtures priced over $1999, and any fixture in polished brass are all non returnable items because their purchase appeal is limited to specific customers. Stocked items are proven designs of mass appeal that are always stocked and resellable within a reasonable time frame. For us to accept your return it must come back to us in sellable condition. This means free of damage, in the original cartons, packed as closely as possible to the way it was received with the original schematic. We are happy to guide you through the packing process if your decision has been made after installation. You are responsible for all shipping charges. You must call 888-404-9913 within 30 days of your purchase for a return authorization number or your order will be returned to you without refund. The good news - in 7 years we have had only 3 returns and maintain a 100% customer satisfaction rating.
