Bohemian Imports consolidates orders in bulk within the Czech Republic and ships them to Atlanta, GA via freight forwarders. We then seperate the shipments into individual orders and fulfill them via ground delivery service using UPS or FedEx. All shipments are fully insured and guaranteed by Bohemian Imports.

Bohemian Imports accepts returns on stocked items within 30 days of purchase provided the entire return policy is followed. Non stock items, colored chandeliers, custom designs, sconces, fixtures priced over $1999, and any fixture in polished brass are all non returnable items because their purchase appeal is limited to specific customers. Stocked items are proven designs of mass appeal that are always stocked and resellable within a reasonable time frame. For us to accept your return it must come back to us in sellable condition. This means free of damage, in the original cartons, packed as closely as possible to the way it was received with the original schematic. We are happy to guide you through the packing process if your decision has been made after installation. You are responsible for all shipping charges. You must call 888-404-9913 for a return authorization number or your order will be returned to you without refund. The good news - in 7 years we have had only 3 returns and 100% customer satisfaction.

Damage Policy
Do not discard any of your shipping cartons until your order has been fully assembled and is known to be free of any damage from shipping. If damage is found you must return the damaged parts only in the original packing and cartons. It is not necessary to send the entire chandelier which could result in additional damage to the fixture. Please call 888-404-9913 for further instructions.
